All papers should be submitted electronically using the conference management tool in PDF format and formatted using conference manuscript submission guideline: (Any questions, please contact Ms. Jassica Yao at icimeinfo@163.com .)
1. Language: English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.
2. Presentation & Publication (Full paper): Full paper is requested, if paper publication is required.
3. Oral Presentation Only (Abstract): If you just need to make an oral presentation in ICIME2025 without paper publication, then you can only need to submit an abstract.
4. Template Download: Each paper should have full 8 pages at least, maximam 14 pages, more pages will be charged. Please format your paper according to the Manuscript Specifications.
5. Submission Method: The papers should be submitted in pdf format to Submission System before submission deadline.
All the registered and presented papers will be published in the International Conference Proceedings Series, which will be indexed by Ei compendex and Scopus and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).
Papers of ICIME2020 have been indexed by EI Compendex.
