Author's guide

All papers should be submitted electronically to Submission System in PDF format and formatted using conference manuscript submission guideline: (Any questions, please contact Ms. Jassica Yao at icimeinfo@163.com .)

 

1. Language: English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.

2. Presentation & Publication (Full paper): Full paper is requested, if paper publication is required.

3. Oral Presentation Only (Abstract): If you just need to make an oral presentation in ICIME without paper publication, then you can only need to submit an abstract.

4. Submission Guidelines   (Template)

a. For publication:  Authors are invited to submit original research papers in accordance with the Springer LNCS format (around 400 words per page). The following categories of papers are accepted:

• Full papers: Minimum 12 pages.

• Short papers: Minimum 6 pages.

Authors should consult Springer’s Instructions for Authors of Proceedings and use either the LaTeX or the Word templates provided on the authors’ page, for the preparation of their papers

We request that you as conference volume editors draw the attention of the contributing conference paper authors to our Code of Conduct ( https://www.springernature.com/gp/authors/book-authors-code-of-conduct

About Camera-ready (final paper) Formatting Guidelines:

Please kindly follow the CCIS Author Formatting Guidelines (download here) from Springer for the preparation of their manuscripts. The Author Guidelines document summarizes how a proceedings paper should be structured, how elements (headings, figures, references) should be formatted using predefined styles, etc. It also gives some insight on how a paper will be typeset at Springer.
1. Please only use the following Springer proceedings templates, for LaTeX or for MS Word, for the preparation of your papers:

2. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers.
3. Please make sure also that your paper contains no page numbers. This information will be added by the conference publication team.
4. The Citations for Tables, Figures, References should be in order.
5. It is essential that all illustrations are clear and legible. Springer do not support color in text, tables, or in equations. Also, please make sure that tables and equations are editable, and not pasted in as figures, in case your paper needs to be reformatted or corrections made.

Registration Deadline: July 15, 2026  
Conference Date: August 5-7, 2026  
Full paper is requested, if you also consider publishing your paper. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the conference and are subject to both review and editing. Authors retain the right to publish an extended, significantly updated version in another periodical.
If you just wanna make an oral presentation during ICIME  without paper publication, then you can only submit an abstract.
